Hello, I will be needing to get my 60,000 mile service done next month I live in the middle of illinois bought my car last year from arlington lexus of palatine has anyone had any service work done with this dealership? or could you suggest a better dealership to go to?

Since I don't live in chicago I will have to go with what you have personally expirenced at the chicagoland dealerships any and all information is deeply apreciated just be upfront and totally honest this is a major service and costly to say at the least.

Personally, I would take it to Lexus of Orland. They're on 159th street in Orland Park. I've purchased two cars from them, a SC-300 and a GS-400. They've always taken care of the major service/maintenance on both vehicles. Without fail, I always walk away very satisfied with their staff, service and attitude.

Based on my personal experience, this is where I'd suggest that you go.
