Hawaii Engine & Exhaust Mods
Aloha Hawai'i Ohana,
I'm considering installing a supercharger, headers, and exhaust on my 2015 RC F. Are there Hawaii laws prohibiting engine or exhaust mods? Would I fail the state inspection? I've read there have been some House Bills introduced lately but haven't seen if they've been passed.
