i just built one with a antec simple case, no clears or anything. a direct downspout to the cpu fan though. i haven't added any lights yet. used to be big into that several years ago. now i just go simple build or dell.. hah!

its not that hard really....only thing you gotta watch out for is the electrostatics....it comes with a white glove that you can use to prevent it.
heres my set up....
Clear case and water cooled pc FTW!!!!!

Those are some crazy set ups.
I've only heard about these "prophecies" and have never seen them before.

liquid cooling huh... i was thinking about going that route but im too scared about anything 'liquid' and all my new parts... one thing thou martin, ever hear of an invention called zipties? sure your cpu is nice and chill but the airflow in the rest of your case looks nasty, hdd can heat up pretty mean too...

I can always rewire it, but its just that i upgrade parts so often i just left it at that. best thing about my pc is that its so dammmm quiet!!! sick of the loud humming fan noise lol btw nice wiring, maybe that'll motivate me to clean up my wires ahahaha.huh?

haha the looms themselves would take up more space to restrict airflow as opposed to tucking the wires to the side of the case ... but yea i do have one 'bundle' going from mobo side to window side so i might decide to loom just that...
