Aloha guys,
I don't have much to say really; it was super warm and nice here for the last 2 weeks but now it's cloudy cool & grey and it made me miss HI just a little bit. I actually put socks on yesterday and today (I haven't done that since I was on the islands w. you guys in April).
I'm studying for my last undergrad finals Aug 10 & 12 (so close!) but I wish I were surfing or doing something tropical.
Anyhow, I just wanted to drop by and say hey & that I was thinking of all of you.
What's this about a hurriciane? Do those tend to be a big deal for you guys out there? I hope it's just a big tropical storm and nothing gets too damaged.
Anyhow, back to international finance / economics for me.

anyone know how to patch up the holes left over from de-badging a 2IS?? I just debadged my car and found that lexus drilled into my trunk to do the badges...guess I didnt research very well... I wanna cut down on costs cuz of my recent ticket so a DIY would be greatly appreciated. If worst comes to worst, could anyone recommend a professional shop I could go to? (just for clarification, I wont get pulled over and ticketed for debadging right? I'm getting all paranoid over everything I do to my car now..)
Thanks again CLH!!!

you could use glazing putty and touch up paint.
sand area, apply glazing putty (like bondo), let harden, sand lightly, repeat <------ until you get the smoothness and even surface. then go over with touch up paint. that's as cheap as you can go lolz

yeah i know. sanding a perfectly good paint is scary. i would suggest go try it on something else. practice so you do it only 3times max on your car. another option is get black plugs Hahahaha

well i guess my job is borderline/ up in the air as it stands. with the merger/ shared agreement the two stations (for the people who know where i work, but it shouldn't be too hard to guess) came to theres gonna be a cutback of workforce... in the high dozens apparently (theres only so many "problem" people on both sides). so in about 2 months legally i'm going to be laid off, but hopefully before then i'll find out if i still have a job.
