New to the Island cortesy of the Army and was woundering where you can get a state inspection so I can register my car. Also will it fail if the car is lowered? Thanks

Yup on this island if your cars suspension is modded you'll need to get a recon sticker before you can get a state safety inspection.

^^ you first gotta give their office a call and make an appointment. #733-2542.
their office is on 1112 Kapahulu Avenue. the Fee is $15 and u must pay it whether you pass or fail the recon inspection.
