Halloween Ghost Tour
Okay, with what seems like a decent amount of interest, I've decided to invite any interested CL Hawaii members to a Ghost Tour to get in the Halloween mood. Here's the info:
What: Orbs of Oahu Night Driving Tour
When: Wednesday, October 22nd
Time: 7-11 p.m. Staying up late for one weeknight won't kill you!
Cost: $42.50 per person
Deadline: Monday, October 20th
Description:
Orbs of Oahu Night Driving Tour
If chicken skin is what you're looking for, then we've got the perfect tour for you. Our new Orbs of Oahu driving tour is a very intense and scary four hour tour that takes guests to several reputed haunts outside of Honolulu, and includes locations on the southern part of O'ahu. Guests will be picked up in Waikiki and driven to the sights. Photo opportunities are always possible, so bring you camera! Colorful Hawaiian storytellers tell the frightening tales of these spooky sites. PLEASE NOTE: This tour is very intense. We do not recommend it for small children

Who's the tour guide?
What company is running it? (for payment purposes)
October 18 is a Saturday
Got any more details? ie: Where's the pickup point? Tour route, sites, stops, etc. Is there a website?
Sorry for so many questions, but after Glen Grant passed away, the only person I trust with stories that give you "chikken skin" is Lopaka Kapanui.

He used to have a bus tour long, long time ago (in the 90's). After Glen Grant passed away, I know he took over a lot of things, but I don't know if he still does the bus tour or if someone else does it.
They used to pickup at the State Library and go to pretty much all the active places, Morgan's Corner, Diamond Head Cemetary, Manoa Chinese Cemetary, etc.

I had a friend try to contact Lopaka and as far as I know, he's out of the business. Our tour guide will be "Uncle" Joe and his bio and other useful information can be found at the website below:
http://www.oahughosttours.com
Pick up will be from a hotel and parking is free, safe and abundant. For vehicle security reasons, I prefer not to post the location unless you sign up.
The confirmed stops are Morgan's Corner, Chinese Cemetary and Pali Lookout. There is a total of 6 stops that night.
Let me know if you guys have any other questions.
Mahalo,
JT
