Default ** OFFICIAL CLH Detailer - Trendy Auto Salon / Detail Emporium **

As some of you know, I am a vendor sponsor here on CL and also sell all the products I use on my website at www.detailemporium.com. What some of you don't know is that I have my own local auto detailing service, Trendy Auto Salon.

I thought I'd start a thread and let you see some of my work. I'll try to stick to Lexus cars that I've done, but if you want to see other makers or a certain color, let me know and I'll see if I have some to post.

If you have any questions or want to schedule an appointment or estimate, feel free to PM me, email me at tod071@trendyautosalon.com or call (808) 306-2228.

So without further ado...

Nolan (350ISRYDER) - 2008 IS350 Black
Wash: Chemical Guys ECOwash (coming soon to my website)
Dry: Waffle Weave Microfiber
Clay: Chemical Guys Clay
Polish: Menzerna Super Intensive Polish, Menzerna PO106FF, and Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Medium
Wipedown: Edgeless Microfiber Towel
Wax: Swissvax Divine (will be recommending Swissvax Finesse for DIY)
Glass Swissvax Crystal

Here's the car that started my relationship with Revision Audio and Team Revision. This car is a fabulous, fully loaded Black on Black, LS430 Ultra Lux. But it came to me with some imperfections that needed a little TLC. Here are the BEFORES:

As you can see, there were swirl marks, water spots, and scratches. My process on this car was:
Wash: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss

Clay: Chemical Guys Big Fat Clay Bar
Polish: 3M Extra Cut Compound, Menzerna Super Intensive Polish, and Menzerna PO85RD

Before I started selling Swissvax products, Paul Dalton (the world's best auto detailer) promoted Zymol Vintage. This car deserved it!

Here are the results!

Default Kameamalu's Vertex IS

This owner takes very good care of his car. Brought it in for a one-time treatment just before the show and maintains it himself with Swissvax products. Just a beautiful car that needs to be seen in person to appreciate (right Judd?) !

August Show=Swissvax Divine

2008 Hot Import Nights=Swissvax Crystal Rock by Paul Dalton

Colleen's (LXIGRL) 2009 IS350 came straight from the dealership in this condition.

Trendy Luxury Package (complete exterior paint correction) under Services at Trendy Auto Salon's website and topped with Swissvax Divine (Paul Dalton's Crystal Rock is an alternate equivalent)

What kinds of "specials" do you have in mind? I'm not THAT creative, so let's hear what's on everyone's mind and maybe I can accommodate certain requests.

I have a few ideas for "maintenance" programs for the new year:
$140-$200/mo (haven't set a price yet) for a weekly wash/spray wax + full detail once a month with a 6-12mo commitment.

If you are the weekend warrior and DIYer, I do have all my products on sale 25% off through the end of the year. This offer only applies via the online store and has a minimum $50 purchase.

Let's hear more ideas and maybe we'll get some specials!

Thanks Ricky. You have my number when you're ready

I also have some pics that the Bimmer guys might be interested in seeing. Did a nice Carbon Black 2006 e46 yesterday, but forgot my camera. I had to borrow one, so as soon as I get those pics, I'll post it up for you guys. 7.5hrs of work and only 1 layer of Swissvax Crystal Rock.

Also, if you would like to take that maintenance plan, I'll open it up to the 1st 5 people that PM me.

$140/month on a 6-month maintenance plan.
- Weekly wash
- Weekly Spray Wax
- Monthly Swissvax wax
- MINOR paint correction as needed
