Welcome to the boards. I'm assuming you'd like to gather at Best Buy Alakawa. Have you secured permission to use their lot? We were there a couple months ago and was nearly chased out at around 9:30 just before the store opened. I would hate to see that happen, especially at 10:00 when the store is already opened.

Hmm ... Thanks for the heads up! We have chilled there before but it was at night. I just got off the phone with Hawaii Red Cross and they are willing to open the lot early so we could meet up there. I'll have the plans on friday ... Just wanted to give you enough time to schedule this in.

Sounds like a great cause to help some of our local charities. American Veterans is another local charity that accepts goods too.

Btw...regarding the raffle. What are the prize(s)? Will any $ collected over the cost of the prize(s) be given to charity as well?

I'm always looking for events that Club Lexus can come out to and support the community. I don't know if I can stay for the entire event, but I'll sure be there at meetup.

Ricky, once you get the details and finalize the logistics, revise your 1st post and PM one of the mods (CK6Speed or PHML) and ask for a sticky.

Let's get out there and show the community that Club Lexus cares! Anyone else have time to join this event. Looks like it has potential to be a nice sized event!

We can probably meet at Starbucks Ward or Airport. Just FYI, Goodwill is on Kilihau St. Ron's Performance used to be there and U-Haul is also on that street. Infiniti is also on Kilihau, but thats WAY down on the Ewa end, Goodwill is on the Diamond Head end of the street.

We will be making a cash donation to American Red Cross at the end of the meet. All cash donation are to help those that have been affected by the recent flooding. There is no minimum nor maximum to the cash amount being donated ...

Lunch will also be on own at Uncle's Fish Market & Grill where they will have tables and parking reserved for us!
