So after talking with people in the 2IS forum I think we have concluded the tanabe is the most quiet exhaust. So I am wondering who has that on a 250/350 (preferably on a 250) here. Im hoping to make it out to a meet in the next few weeks, but if not ill go with your suggestions haha.

Is there a droning while cruising around on the freeway at 60-70 mph?

i think im one of the few 250's with it. i could be wrong? but all the other guys i know with them r on 350's

I was the R/D for Tanabe on the ISF. I really like the low end torque...sound is slightly more noticable than stock but you do not hear any hummmmm during crusing speed.

hmmm thats good to hear. Im not sure if you having a giant V8 vs my mini V6 would affect the tone of the pitch.

But the way it looks, I think ill be getting this once I get my tax refund.

how much do the tanabe's go for? my car is a bit too quiet for my tastes...a little growl would be nice lol

I've got them on my GS. Very Quiet. But you know its there its got a nice gurgle with the SRT intake under normal load...
As far as IS's George's car sounds nice. Nice low pitch.

the sound is pretty nice, if the music is up you cannot hear it though. but ya, 2-3k rpm is nice
