Default Hid kits? Help!

m looking to buy an hid kit and was debating over the one from xenon depot for 100 or hid xtra for 70. Has anyone used these and what color out put is better 8 or 6 k?

i'd use 8k's. IMO i think it looks real nice. but 6k's look good too but not as nice as 8k's. but up to you. whatever floats your boat dude~!

lol the 8k is nice but you'd get pulled over. i got the 6k with mine i just changed my bulb cause our cars already come with HID. 6k is the highest you could go without pulling over. but thats just me. oh and go with xenon! samson should have the kits.

yea i don't know about 8k thats in the blue spectrum.
look at like this 4600k is in the flouresent range and 5600k is sunlight so that makes 6k right on point in terms of the "white" output anything over that that tends to have a blue tint.
