the sad thing is the deals wont last forever, bro u must be loaded lol u got the money for that already?
i think i would afford the 1jz with auto tranny and reuse my w58 then buy the rest of the things that will make it work

once everything is completed u should have one hell of a ride tho good luck with whichever motorset you choose.

thanks for the info, yeah i did like a month of research and found out about that especially getting the wirring harness extended 18 inches and getting supra motor mounts and a bunch of other little things but for me its either keep the rims i just got or sell them and have money to do the swap.. cant decide

awesome. make sure the motor u get is from a soarer, i got burned from an auction stating that it came from a soarer, which in fact it didn't. it came from a chaser and now i have to pay even more to just get everthing right to even drop in the chassis. i shoulda studied the pictures better than just glance at em. soarer 1jz has a rear sump oil pan, wire harness has 4 body plugs as well as 4 ecu plugs. soarer 1jz has a clutch fan, not hydro fan. the wheels u have are animal tho, too bad u can't have both

hmmmm i can get the 2jzgtte w/r154 5spd trans for 3700 right now. that vvti one with getrag would be the same price as the boost logic na-t kit im lookin at now..... im so torn right now. i was gonna do na-t, but 3700 for one with r154 is hella temping.

yeah im actually strongly leaning towards that one. and yeah i heard the vvti's were weaker and were harder to mod. i just gotta do more research for the 2jz-gte swap.. there's still things im not so sure about. like will it matter if its from an aristo? or will just having the right ecu and wire harness be enough. i need to read more. lol

but man, its a tough call. you JUST got those wheels and they are so mean! but then again, a 1jz is also really nice. really JDM as thats what soarers came with. hmmmm... this is a hard choice. i have to think more about this one, but im leaning towards 1jz swap.

hmmmmm.... i say be fast. reason? those deals are not gonna last like you said. you can find wheels easier than an engine setup. =D
