Going back to fishing sounds good right now cause this vip stuff for the car is breaking the bank and the wallet. I rather VIP one truck so that when i catch me a big boi then that fish going out in style. lol

i used to fish a lot... sorta kinda the reason why i got in to lifted trucks a while back... i haven't gone fishing since i learned how to dive... do you cast conventional or spinner reels?

there's a lot of weke and moana in waikiki. i speared a small moanakali once and that's it. the water is ugly! i always wondered if the fish bite. i see a lot of people fishing behind sheraton - hilton.
my favorite spots were in alan davis, right after the small bridge going towards kaena point, behind the houses after police beach and before waimea, all the way in campbell (choke mosquitoes) and behind marisco.

used to go alot when i was younger, got tired of it eventually cuz wasn't catching too much besides not really into the fishy smell ya get afterwards from the fish in the car.

nice catch todd.
i try to avoid reef fish...mainly cuz my uncle, aunty, and grandmother got ciguatera poisoning several years ago....was scary...took them about a year to recover.
