Who can tune with AEM EMS in hawaii?

i'm about to get a turbo for my sc and i need to know if anyone can tune aem ems because that is the standalone that i am going for.

seth at sonic motorsports 845-1192

he has tuned an evo's and an accord with it, within the past week and a half with aem ems.
