I would highly recommend that you call your saleman at Servco Lexus. I got a call saying that there is a gift card for Hy's Steakhouse waiting for me at the dealership. They did not disclose the dollar amount, but when I ask them if that was a replacement for that $500.00 gift card that everyone is talking about, they would not mention anything. All they said was to bring my regestration certificate and the GC is mine. I would have preferred the $500.00.

 

I too, was told that it was a Hy's Steakhouse gift card. They didn't tell me the dollar amount. For some reason, it seems as if they didn't know about the $500.00 gift card. Weird.

 

The Gift Card is for $300.00 at Hys Steakhouse. Servco Lexus runs independant of Lexus USA, therefore does not participate in the $500.00 gift card given out in the States. By the way it(USA $500.00) is only good for products or services at a Lexus dealer.

Haven't had time to pick it up.

 

I had the worst time getting this dumb giftcard. My sales guy called my wife and told her there is a "gift" for her from Lexus as part of the valve spring recall. So she asks if her husband can pick it up, they say NO. The car is under her name in their computer (but the registration, insurance, and CHECK that I paid for it with, had my name).

So she arranged to pick it up when she was on Christmas break, NO. Business office was closed. Asked if they were open on weekends? Yes, but NO...day after Christmas closed. Called to arrange a 3rd time, on a weekday, not during the holidays, NO. The sales guy was on vacation.

4th attempt, we had to coordinate that 1) the business office was open, 2) the sales guy was working, 3) my wife was available. All this time I was thinking it was the $500 giftcard...NO. We...no SHE got 2, $100 giftcards from Hy's.

Sorry for the rant, but I'm not buying my next Lexus from this sales guy. This was just ridiculous.

 

man i only got $200, my salesman called me and i went in with my registration and they gave them to me, anyone been to Hy's how's the food????
