Just did my tints this past week...at Tint Zone...cant beat the price and speed (done in 1 hour) and the quality product/workmanship. Patrick Kim is the owner...he charges everyone based on the work...not by the car you drive. So a Lexus or BMW owner wont get charge more than a Honda owner for the same work....cool!!

Holy crap...thats a MAJOR damage!!!
If they don't fix it (no money out of your pocket), I would have raised hell up and down the sales floor....make a scene so that other potential buyers know this is BS!!
Good luck bro...let us know how it goes...we behind you all the way!!

Sorry to hear about your mishaps with Servco Lexus. I just had a problem with them also. Took my car for oil change and safety check and the technician did not put enough oil back in, drove home and saw the low oil warning on.
First you should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...heres a link (You'll probably see my complaint also) :
https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complai...-of-complaint/
That will get the real GM's attention (Alan Young).
By the way you if you just bought your car, you can still return it or perhaps threaten them.

Damn, that's messed up! I wouldn't stop until they fix it! When I did my car, they said any if any damage was done while tinting it would be covered. When I picked my car up I noticed a mark on the sunroof cover, but they cleaned it up. I expected to have no problems with Lexus, but now I'm hearing this....

hey chikken. yeah, this issue is quite frustrating. i still waiting on their side for some kind of action. i haven't paid my first monthly bill, so i might just not pay until they say something. thanks for the Better Business Bureau thing, i was thinking about that.
i purchased my car on 1-30-12, i think i read somewhere in the paperwork i have 60 days to return (i might have read this entirely wrong!) and i was actually going to make that one of my options.
shoots, i going see what i going do...

mokeboi, they never said that to me. in fact, nobody went even do one walkthru/walkaround car inspection with me when my car was pau. i thought that was usually protocol...

For reals? That's the only reason I did the tint trough them, figured it was guaranty. They never really did a walk around, they were mainly showing me how stuff works. But I walked around myself to look for anything. There were still some lines left from the plastic, the guy said he'd rub it off but I told him I'd do it myself. Honestly I expected just a little more from them.
