sooo these guys rock.... due to the pool i have in my backseat floors, i called lexus to have TSB lL-SB-0016-10 (a/c evap grommet) done. while looking at the TSB lexus told me there is no such thing and was gonna charge me 300+ then proceded to hang up on me. went back to LXS simple 2 min phone call and $90 estimate just like my IS250.... im concerned for Servco's customers service

thats good to hear man. my gf is350 had the same problem.. i brought it up to one of the service consultants that our car would fog up and he says its normal and happens to his car too. at that time we had warranty. now moonths go by and seems to get worst. we really dont jump on it cuz my gf mom has a flower business and we thought water had spilled on the floor. anyways, more months go by and car beings to get a musky smell. so i get the interior fully detailed by a friend. not to mention this time interior has mold.. anyways, thats all removed and frickin water keeps coming back.. my friend and i do some search and find out about this grommet.. we jack the car up and unbolt all kinds of **** and finally can see it with a frickin mirror on a stick.. anyways, he rip open that grommet and all swamp water falls on my friend. (haha) so now he has special powers from the moldy water. (not really funny ay?)

but frickin haole service guy probably knew about it but just made up some bs. wasnt too happy with him. later found out some people in the mainland had lexus change out their whole carpet under that tsb. humid interior plus always in the sun jacked up all the door panels and dashboard. i just sold that IS last week and replaced it with an 07 GS350 with 15k miles.

but anyways, wasssup
