so great news, when i went into Servco Lexus this AM, i overheard a man saying he was in for dash/door panel replacement. i asked my service advisor about it and we have an extended warranty on the melting/sticky dashboards/door panels. if the vehicle was purchased in hawaii originally, what they will do is inspect and document the areas. then send said documents to Lexus Corporate. They will then approve or deny a claim to get your parts replaced for FREE. only thing that sucks is the call back time to hear their ruling is 1-2 months. but hey better than a crappy dash cuz mine is starting to crack already.

So any word back yet? I just picked up an 07 IS250 w/ 47k that has the same sticky dash/doorcard issue and was wondering how to go about getting it replaced.
