Help with rack system?
I just bought a 1999 Lexus RX300. Above the roof are two channels which the dealer said are for aftermarket roof racks.
Here's what I would like to do. Install the roof rack so that I can carry a 40 lb kayak. But I have NO idea of where I would find the rack to fit into these channels.
Can someone PLEASE enlighten me on this. What type: Make: Model rack would fit into these channels? Where can I possibly purchase?
I don't feel comfortable into blindly looking in the internet and purchasing the wrong type racks, which I would probably do.
HELP if you please!
