Aloha!
Moving to Honokaa (Big Island) area soon and want to bring my 2018 GX with me. Was curious to get thoughts on best service on the Big Island and thoughts or experience with getting Warranty work done or reimbursed when/if needed. Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated.

Hello HR,
I also live on the Big Island in Kona. There are a number of auto repair shops. Unfortunately, none will do Warranty work for your 2018 GX.
I would call Japan Auto Works (aka -JAWS). Located next to Big Island Toyota.
