wow this is going to be great meet! ALot of cars. . .haha Jay? you have enouogh room for everyone? haha maybe you should close off the back parking for Lexus' only and have designated parking for all the models! haha

From Oxnard....... How about I tell you from L.A. area, cauze not too sure where Oxnard is !!!
From L.A. area, you take 5 South - 91 East (Riverside fwy) - Exit State College Blvd. and Turn Left to go North bound - Pass Commenwealth ave - Left side is KimChi BBQ Buffet restaurant.

Hey I was residing in Oxnard a few months ago and just recently moved back here to Orange County since I've left the military. My personal opinion on the best route would be
from Oxnard take PCH south down to 10 east
from 10 East take 405 South
then to 110 North for maybe 2 minutes and you will see 91 East
Once on the 91 East it should take approx 30-45 mintues before you reach the area.
then just follow the rest of the directions Jay has provided.
Hope this helps..... another alternative route would be just take the 101 South to the 405 South and proceed w/ the rest of the instructions... although I've always found it longer both in mileage and time. Traffic tends to gets heavy up in Brentwood Santa Monica area. Taking the 10 cuts into some of that traffic although during the weekend there will be alot of ppl in Malibu/SantaMonica pier area but most of them will be traveling on the 1 going northbound. Taking the PCH route would save you approx 12 miles.
I used to drive this every week for about 4 years. Man I miss those damn 5th street burritos. *droolz*
