After thoughts on 7/11 meet at Jays (kim chi BBQ)
#17
Thanks again Jay!
As usual, a great group of CL members showing up to represent.
Good time, great food, and some hot cars!
Can't wait till the next meet! Hopefully I will be able to get my car clean enough to show up.
I also plan on having that thing lowered by the time the next meet rolls around.
Looking at all the mod yesterday makes me wanna do all kinds of crazy stuff!
The mod bug is alive and well!

Sorry for not joining the lunch crowd, although I made it to the meet. Wife and I had late breakfast. Thanks Jay for hosting this meet. (Jay, on the picture gallery, you're showing my car as SC300, it's a 400, that red '97SC). Thanks.

Thanks Jay, Stef and Hiro...we had a wonderful time!
You guyz are a hungry bunch...and that was proven by the smoke coming from that side of the room. By the time I made it through for my first round, the beef was already long gone and there were a few pices of chicken for me to pick though. The wife was joking..."don't they eat their veggies?"
Had a great time and looking forward to the next one. Second week of Nov? Who's planning that one? Hee-hee

Although I didn't attend, what TORC did would be nice for a CL meet. TORC held their meet at the Queen Mary lawn area and following that Toyota opened up their museum to show their collection. In this case, my thought would be to approach Toyota for use of one of their parking lots and then see if they would open their museum to us.
Another wild thought was their Ontario Canada plant but that would be one heck of a comitted drive. Much like how the anniversary Corvette meet they held at the plant. Getting even further out, we can go to Japan.
(It is a hot day and I've been in the heat too long.)
