Dang!! This BBQ thing is huge and sounds like lots of fun. I am a newbie and was informed by Jay and Ku@ about it. I wish I could attend, but my wife is expecting around that time. Maybe the next one..

 

Here's the direction to the one in Vegas, maybe you can ask them.

Interstate 15 South to Pahrump Exit #33 - HWY. 160. After 45 minutes or so, turn left on Manse Rd. Turn left on Homestead Rd, drive 6 miles and we're on the left @ 10511 Homestead Rd. Look for our World Famous Chicken Ranch neon sign.
