last nite: spotted a sandstone beige SC400 with HIDs and what look like aftermarket 16s, with 97 sideskirts driving down Temple close to downtown LA.
Last nite: spotted a blacked out 2IS, black, with blk staggered 19s, roof spoiler, blk tails, black head lights, blk fogs, and aftermarket exhaust, parked by the CPK at the Bruin Village in Westwood.

spotting
1-GS white lowered with wheels, west 91 just past the Artesia Blvd/Bloomfield entrance about 3:15. Sitting perpendicular to traffic with CHP directing traffic around it.
I was in oncoming traffic and saw it...hope whomever was driving was ok.
