Chinese restaurant recco in SGV area?
Looking for a good place to eat with $7-$12 a plate prices.
Must have an "A" rated health inspection. Nothing like walking in to find a cockroach legs up under a table.
Used to like Empress Pavillion but I'm not fond of the parking and I think the food quality has gone down.
