Update - Please read!!
We had an "Event staff" meeting last night and we would like to share some important info and tips for the Event.
The Last Day to register for the Event is Wed. August 10, 2005!!!
Depending on the final # of registered cars, there may be some spots available the day of the event, for those who choose NOT to pre-register and then change their mind Saturday morning.
But NO gurantees on how many or even if there will be any available.
OK - So just a quick reminder there will be ZERO TOLERANCE for un-safe driving in or around the Event area. We do not want to attract any un-wanted attention from local law enforcement. Otherwise if all goes smooth, we / you will NOT encounter any problems.. We hate to even mention this.. But we have to. We just want everyone to have fun and be safe.!!
Also, I would like to suggest to bring some easy small lawn chairs if you plan on staying for a while. There is plenty of room with grassy areas to hide under trees if it turns out to be a super HOT day.
You may even bring a pop-up tent for your car if you wish to do so. As long as the tent fits around your car and does not take up a lot of room. The tent may even be placed behind your car, which will look much better in the photos and videos.
We do expect approx. 300 people through out the Event so its going to be a fun filled day!!
Be sure to arrive on time or even a bit early.. The street is closed and we will open the "drive-up check in" for registered members @ 10am. or maybe a few minutes early if we can..
We will have a few people working on check in and a few people assiting on where your car will be parked.
This is a confirmed list of Event Sponsors that will be attending the Event and will have a Booth set up with some of their Lexus products & services.

unfortunately I just found out that I cannot get saturday morning off.... the good news is that I can still make it... but won't be there until 12'ish...
I've already registered... can a "good" spot (preferably next to the air ride guys) still be saved?

Guys, we actually threw around that idea but we really don't want to take a chance to draw attention from the local athorities. Instead, we will be having a Lexus car show in which everyone who registered will get a number placed on their windshield and everyone attending can vote for:
Best Lexus
Best Engine
Best Exterior
Best Interior
Best Audio/Video
All winners must be present to receive a trophy from LMS... Also, we will be holding a contest for Best Dyno #'s for NA 6cyl. & 8 cyl. cars ONLY ~ Sorry F.I. guys, not this time~ Cost is $40 to enter and you get 3 dyno runs. If you think your NA car has some power, prove it...
The winners of the DYNO event will get a beautiful trophy and a print out of their highest run. NOTE: Space is limited for Dyno runs. First come, first serve. More details will be available the day of the meet... ~Ken
