Hopefully, this will be my last tangent on the topic.
Messages that pertaining to defending or discrediting the LMW meet and the fees WILL be removed. There is no need for either. This is the announcement thread which includes info on registration. LMW has its reasons for making its business decisions. Everyone agrees that it looks to be a great meet. The only point of contention is this $5. This is for event parking. If you don't like it, park down the street or don't go. Commenting here will not change or remove the fee. There is also no need for posting up support for the LMW and the fee either. It will not change anything about the event.
If you have questions about the event itself and what is available when you come, feel free to post. Otherwise, no more talk (good or bad) about the fee. If you see posts disappearing, it more than likely had some content associated with the fee. There is no time to PM everyone about why the posts are being removed so this is a public announcement of the fact.
Back to the event talk.

i will have to agree with neo on what he's doing on this thread. the purpose of this thread is for lmw to promote the meet that they are holding, and ask people to register if they want to go. so anything else is technically ot.
ther are always cost incured in doing a meet, either it's the real cash or it's the effort put into the meet. it's up to the organizer to charger people and how much, they have every right to do that. the meet can be a casual gathering or like a car show to someone, but that's subjective. and at the same time, it's also your choice to go or not. no one would go dragging you from going or not for whatever reasons.
