Theres no such thing as M2 Collision Centers. All 52 stores closed due to bankruptcy about a month ago now.

Let me tell you from personal experience. If the accident was not your fault, let your insurance company handle everything but keep a keen eye on things. Bring the car to the real Lexus dealer and have them quote you and get them to fix it (with permission of your insurance company) Lexus will do it the right way, if you take it to any independant body shops, they will screw you or cause you headaches.

Yeah they should have. We got all of our insured's cars out before the other insurance co's. did.
