You guys are going to OWNHighway 5 with 13 cars.
When we went to the Carson meet with 10 cars, every time someone rudely cut off the back car , we all got on the walkie talkies and strategically blocked that car from passing.
One guy really pissed us off and we kept him behind us for like 40 miles, but pulled over sequentially to let all other cars pass by.
That was soooo hilarius.
Not that I suggest you guys practice such driving techniques.

For the Theme Park People and anyone who is bringing their family, there is always Great America.
The park is only 5 min. away from the hotel, in fact I believe the hotel will shuttle bus you to and from Great America.
