I went to JC autohouse. He's a good alternative to West End since there really isn't any wait. Also if you are just looking for a standard alignment without custom specs, west end really isn't necessary. Only drawback is it's cash only. Oh and my car is ridiculously low and he was able to get it on the rack no problem.

Tommy at the MusicBox recommended me to King's Tires. I don't really remember where it was though, but it was $50 for an alignment, although they didn't do much since I'm on H&R and they maxed out the adjustments and I was still out of spec on camber, everything else was fine.

Best alignment shop in San Diego?
Getting ready to install F-Sport shocks, springs, and rear sway on the 350. Recently got new tires and would love to find the best place that can properly adjust the toe to minimize inside tire wear since I really don't want to deal with flipping tires all the time. So, looking for a good alignment shop in San Diego that can deal with lowered cars and the lack of camber adjustment on the IS. Any thoughts???
