Anza & 190th Starbucks? That's a weird one... how about the ever popular Torrance Crossroads Starbucks? That's always been one of the more popular South Bay meet spots

That one is no longer 24hrs and I believe that one closes at 11pm. And its usually crowed. I usually go to the one on Anza, less crowed, so I suggested that one.

I left at 11:15 because no one else showed up. Maybe next time we can get more people to come out.
