where are some good places you guys have seen to take photos in los angeles?

This is going to be a broad answer: just about any-everything. Any particular themes you prefer?

Skid-row, J-town, K-town, C-town, Griffith Observatory, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Burbank, old town Pasadena, Glendale, UCLA, SC...La Brea Tar pits... LA is rich for photo subjects depending on your likes.

I like costal scenics and tomorrow we'll be around Laguna with the Noblex, Contax G and Canon G6.

For car sightings, the Newport-Dana Point is a watchers dream. In just the drive north on Coast highway in a span of 20 minutes:

5 Ferraris: Maranello, 360 spyder, 360, 325 and a 512.
2 Lambo's: Gallardo and Murcilago
1 Viper
3 Porsche Turbos in modified trim: Tech Art, and two others I have no idea what was installed on them.

Nice days like today brings out the cars.

yups pacific coast highway is pretty insane, saw a few rented ferraris

yup! PCH has some of the nicest and craziest cars cruzin on it. Get to see them every weekend while I chill at work
