I asked him this exact question and he said its up to the cop to believe you or not, because how does he know that you haven't made any changes to the car since you got tested last time, which is kinda true. So, you can use it next time you get pulled over, but if it doesn't work, then you might have to go through the whole process over again. Sucks.

well my buddies civic is bar legal for the engine swap that he has but each time hes gotten pulled over he still gets sent to ref. even after he shows the paper work

damn man, that is just the worst thing that can happen having a modified ride..........
i just barely finished my engine swap and still having fun. even though it's just a complete bone stock TT, it scares me if i see a cop on my tail while driving.

i have to pay a fine of 1,285.00
it not a fix it ticket or anything like

the only reason why i want to fight it is because
my boy buck got one and he keep on changing the court date and the cop never showed up
and he one
also if the chp officer is not trained and certified these ticket are thrown out of court
so thats what im hoping for

i went to court this morning and had my case thrown out since the chp officer
never showed up
thank god i took my friends advice at leats now i dont have to spend atll that money paying the court
