vouch my ***.. What a rude person on the phone. I call and ask for a quote and he tells me to bring the car or go somewhere else.
i had a very similar experience when i went looking for a place to do my exhaust about a year ago, also found out that "louie" didnt work there anymore.
they also quoted me ~$300 more than anyone else i had asked, even higher than Mike's muffler in el monte....
i called valley muffler today.. the guy said there is no louie & he was really rude..anyone have info on speedway in walnut ?
i mentioned in another thread, as discussed with puredrifter, i went to speedway first and got the runaround about pricing then told me i'd have to wait about 2-3 hours before he could get to me. i stepped outside of speedway, called valley muffler, asked them if they could install my bolt on/cat back, and at that minute if they had a rack available. we negotiated the price, and i had my baby purring 30 min later.
i'd go back to valley muffler (valley/nogales). i will NOT be trying speedway.

hmm, to anyone trying speedway, make sure you speak with Sergio, iirc he's the owner. he does charge a bit more when ur having small stuff done, ie-bolton install or just tips, but has great pricing when it comes to getting a full or partial exhaust made.
