Who will be crowned the BBQ King of Los Angeles?
It's a bbq cookoff.
Admission is FREE but bring a little money to sample the bbq from vendor booths.

LOL...no way am I entering a bbq cookoff. But I'm looking forward to this, finally get to taste the best bbq like I've seen on the Food network. It's sponsored by the Kansas bbq association or something like that? It all sounds good is all I can say. Yummy.

I love it when they do the BBQ cookoffs on FoodTV. Everything looks so damn good.
I even run out to get meat to bbq after watching the show.. doesnt look as good after I was done cooking.

It's from 10 am until 5 pm.
I live in Hollywood, 5 minute drive from Griffith Park, but if you guys want to meet somewhere close by I'll meet you first and lead the caravan since I know exactly where inside the park it's located.
(It's the same parking lot as the zoo so there's ample parking available.)
