shocks and springs installation shops

just wondering if anyone knows a place where i can get my shocks and springs installed for about 100 bucks or less. Around the riverside/oc area. thanks

speaking of which...

i need a CHEAP place to raise up a 95 civic. It's lowered now, I just want to raise it back up. Any info would help! I dont' care if it's in someone's driveway... just as long as the job gets done.
