On another note, I recently took my car to Keyes Lexus (Nothing wrong with Glendale
). I went there with a friend of mine, on high regards to the Chief Mechanic Ed Luhan. We went there so he can personally take care of our cars.
I had a alignment issue and the suspension clank. Ed Luhan finished my car in just a mere 5 hours. The car just runs great now.![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

I've been doing all my maintainence at Longo since I bought my GS from them in 1999. I've also referred some people for new car purchases there. The sales department was very nice, most of the people I talked to, especially Elizabeth Hyun (before she worked somewhere else) were always helpful and courteous.
The service department was great when Verone was there. Not only was he mod-friendly, he was everything-friendly. Later on, Hector Martinez took over my service needs and again he was a great guy in just about every aspect.
After Hector left it was all downhill. No one was mod-friendly anymore. They didn't want to take responsibility for anything wrong with my car (that was while still under warranty period), and they were somehow doing diagnostics on my car from their cubicles. Either that or they hire elementary kids to road test my car.
Around 80k miles, they couldn't find out what was wrong with the misfiring of my car, and suggested that I get a new throttle body (??). I went to my bro's friend who worked at a Toyota dealer before and owns a near 1000hp Supra for a diagnostics. After 1 min of test drive he said replace the spark plugs, and the car has been smooth ever since. It's great to have someone who knows 2JZ to do my engine work.
Man Wong, what a character. Went to him 3 times, each time with him calling me at least 10 times over the period of a few days asking me to return the loaner car. Like many others at Longo, he treated me as paperwork rather than a customer. There was also this old guy named Phil or something who provided the equal low-notch service but oh well I don't expect anything good from Longo service anymore.
