Does anyone know of a REALLY good (and thorough) wash/detailing place in SoCal?
I've got a car that needs a complete detail. Washing the outside, to vacuuming the entire interior (I would like to possibly remove the seats to get rid of the dust.).
Preferably in the 626 area code, but if not...that is okay as well.

i need a good detail place too. Theres a place I was looking to goto in Walnut. Its on valley and lemon creek. Its called Walnut hand carwash. I always bring my car there for a normal car wash and was thinking of bringing it there for a detail. My friend already brought his 350z there to get it detailed and it came out good.

And for anyone looking at this thread...
I want a very thorough job...as let's just say...there is dust that ended up inside the vehicle.
I want someone who will:
1) clean/wash the exterior.
2) Vacuum and clean the interior.
3) Steam clean or wash the engine bay/undercarriage.
Hope someone knows a quality place.

maybe check out san marino auto grooming center. i always see them work on hot cars...

I've heard good things about that place. A friend goes there to do super-detailing work, costs a lot but they make the whole interior look good as new. They also have the $20-something car wash, too, and other products in between.
And the owner drives an RX.

I finally found a good hand wash place in Hollywood after going for almost 3 months no car wash.
It's called Melrose Strip Auto Detailing and 110% Hand Wash. It's right on Melrose a few blocks east of Fairfax.
Mon and Tues special is hand wash, vacuum, and tire dressing for only $7.95
They did a great job my car was filthy.
And I got a frequent flier card. After 5 washes you get 1 for free. I think I just found my new favorite car wash joint.
