Leets,

Sorry to hear about your experience, but like they said, there is always a one bad apple in the bunch. I fully understand and commend you on your actions, and if it were me I would have made a scene with the Service writer as they should not treat anyone like that whether you have a Lexus or a Kia, it is called CUSTOMER SERVICE!

And to boot, your rockin an IS250 now.....very cool ....I still need to stop by to pick up those parts very soon should you still have them. I will PM you shortly to figure out a time I can stop by, just really busy lately and searching for a house does not help things either.

Cheers,

Default Update:

Well after playing some phone tag with Lexus Customer Assistance I believe this issue's finally working out. They were able to get a hold of the service manager at Tustin Lexus, and he went ahead an arranged for all the work to be done. I just took it in today, was provided with a loaner, and the replacement parts are on their way.

Many thanks to Lexus Customer Assistance and Tustin Lexus for providing this formerly furious customer with first-rate customer service.

Glad to hear that you got the issue straightened out Leets.

On another note, today I went to Lexus of Westminster to pick up something, and when I Mentioned Pops and crackles from the dash, the service guy I was speaking with suggested I make an appointment to get the pops and crackles taken care of.
I take it in this Monday the 15th, so I'll let everyone know how it goes....

+1 on the bad experiences at Lexus of Westminster. You'd think they would stock that new facility with some good people. Avoid Jose in service at all costs. He told me there would be no loaner after I reserved one. Then someone else found my reservation. Westminster does have that attitude were you are the inconvenience. Must be the management there and maybe the workers have bad moral. Also, never use the web email to schedule service. They are batting 0% on that one. They always have a lame excuse- our email is down. Well, how about last month? Okay, good to get that one out in the open. Anybody know how to effectively complain to Toyota USA about Westminster Service?

Contact Lexus Customer Assistance at 1-800-255-3987.

I did and they actually gave me the type of service you'd expect from Lexus, something I could never in all honesty say about Lexus of Westminster. Give them a call and let them know about your experience. Service that poor should not go unchecked.

Wow... When I took my pop's IS250 there for service it was good, considering how young I am (and look) I'm suprised they even treated me that well. They even gave me a loaner, for an hour!! It was the 1,000 mile service. I'm 20 BTW.
