Well I am definitely looking forward to a soCal and out-of-state contingency for EOS.
It's nice to hear you guys are planning ahead.
Some key challenges for me are changing venue. Those past participants know what a great location we had to hold this event and the hospitality and what not we received. The current issue is that we have out-grown the location and we need a bigger space.
Any business that has as much room as we need for EOS also probably needs to utilize that space for something of their own and not just sit on an empty lot of prime real estate value in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The BOS meet is a great excuse to come up and it looks to be a growing event as well. There's no doubt that if you can only make the trek up here once this year then BOS is a no brainer.
For those like Flipside909 who manage to make it up here a couple (or in his case several) times a year, I'd say BOS looks to be a new and different experience. We are "trying" to make this more of an all Toyota/Lexus event, which is breaking new ground for the organizers.
It doesn't have the reputation that EOS has, so it's hard to get "buy in" or acceptance from the other clubs. We're working on the head count and participation, so I should have a good idea of what to expect come next Tuesday.
Stay tuned for my Update on BOS, what it has to offer, how it will be different than other meets (including EOS). I will update the thread post and announce registration some time in the next 3 days.
Please check the NorCal forums for the update.
Back to EOS for a moment. If we secure the new venue we are planning for, we will have almost double the available room, I hope to blow this wide open and would like to see a record attendance. I can't accomplish this without everyone's participation outside of NorCal.
Please do target the September timeframe for your availability and I will try to LOCK IN on a solid EOS date, some time in the next 2 weeks.
I appreciate EVERYONES interest in attending BOS and EOS and I am doing everything I can to make this year's event the best meet ever.

BOS is in kind of a tough place this year considering high schools and some Universities set their graduation weekends around this exact time.
I highly believe EOS is definitely going to be the trip of choice for everyone this year.

End of Summer Date confirmed.
YES, Beginning of Summer will e on June 17.
I just secured a new location for EOS FIVE. ( End of Summer)
The date is confirmed for Sunday, September 24.
It will be held in Fremont with room for easily 250 cars.
So I am looking to really push the attendance record this year.
This is a done deal people.
Mark your calenders.

So is there a head count of how many so cal'ers are going to the BOS event so far? I may be interested in going, depending on work and what not...
It'd be my first CL meet.
