I think my tranny has taken a turn for the worse, when i accelerate it feels like the car is slipping, also at stop light the car makes some violent vibrations throughout the whole car....

Can anyone recommend a good repair shop around the 310 area?

Also anyone got any price ideas for a complete rebuild>?

fix it yet,,, i have a buddy who works at toyota that can look for it,,, the tranny on our cars rarely go bad so it might not even be the tranny

hmm... have not fixed it yet, im taking it to a transmission shop tomorrow for inspection..... im thinking it might be the torque converter?
