While many aliens documented and undocumented may be originating south of us, there are enough of Asian origin who are equally guilty of being uninsured or unlicensed.
Pops had some incidents in the Chinatown area with Chinese drivers. Also had one with a foreign exchange student from China who was driving the family's car she was staying with. She made installments to him, after 3 months it was done.
Friends of ours have had incidents in Little Saigon.
Our meeting was with a blue eyed blonde who was stretching her insurance payments. She was driving a Corolla that day but her regular car was an MB S-class. Hours after our meeting, she paid her insurance bill. Too bad we met in that lapse because we got screwed. As it turned out, she was a recent divorcee with a part-time job. In the end, the court garnished her wages and she was responsible for all the other fees involved. She didn't pay anything.
I've seen MB and BMW's with expired tags being driven by other ethnic origins who make me suspicious. I ask the wife...how can a driver of a $70K car not have current tags? One has to show proof of insurance to renew...answer obvious unless they just plain forgot. Still a worry as my above meeting.

my baby is all done and ready for NEXT meet !! Is there any ? hahaha.. (hint)
All damages been repaired and re painted. Im lookin to get those LED tail lights with clear blinkers and LED inner trunk lights.
They didnt have to take off my carbon license plate garnish so thank God for that.
everything went all good !!
