Anyone have a service manual for an SC300 that I can borrow?
Hey guys, I'm in need of a service manual for a 1995 SC300 or one of those CD's that includes that information. My AC compressor blew out on me and now smoke keeps coming from my compressor when I start up my engine and my serpentine belt even snapped before because of the excessive heat produced by it.
I replaced my belt and I bought a compressor from Gazi but now I need to install it! I was hoping to install it this weekend, but there's no way I can do it without a guide or anything. I'm located in the Diamond Bar area. If anyone can let me borrow their manual for the weekend (or even scan the pages on the compressor), that'd be great!
Thanks guys. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks PureDrifter for finding me this image, but I was sort of hoping to find a more in depth guide of how to install the compressor. This image may come in handy though in case I might need to know what goes where. Thanks a lot.

This task requires a little more experience than just reviewing a manual.
You'll need leak testing equipment, the ability to vacuum evacuate the system, and charging with freon R134A with a A/C gauge set.
This might be a job for a A/C specialty shop. They have the tools and small parts for the job.

Dang it... I forgot about that stuff Well I was hoping to just simply install it for now and do the testing and charging stuff later.
I just want this installed so I can drive. Right now, my AC compressor keeps smoking up and I'm afraid my engine might catch on fire. Any tips?

if you don't have any freon on the system then just bolt it out and bolt it back in it's not that hard if you know how to change belt it shouldn't be that hard... test and recharge is not that expensive but doing everything at the shop will cost a lot... i have to change mine too im just waiting till my beater to come so i can park it and start striping for big project.
