Default Just visited Newport Lexus

I finally had a chance to visit the facility today. What prompt my visit was because my prior service contact at Longo just moved to Newport Lexus and was nice enough to call me last week. Definitely a state of the art dealership. I also tour the actual service area and majority part of it still under construction except for an area with probably 10 lift bays is ready for service.

Couple notes: Based on my observation of the lift bay, I do not believe they are mod friendly IF you car is very low. For sure I don't believe my SC will clear it. Although the service department will open for service next Tuesday, I did not see a fleed of loaner cars. However, I was told more loaners will be available once the service department is operating at its full capacity. Loaner cars including, ES350, IS250, IS350, RX350 and RX400h!!!! Yes 400h!!!!

I will give my guy a shot at this new dealership and I will post any new information if they are interested topics.

Other than the service floor building the main building is finished. I believe the car wash is almost finished as well. He offered me to tour the car wash but I declined since I never have dealership wash my car. Hey Mike, if you are going down there for service ask for my contact. I will PM you the info.

I look forward to visiting Newport Lexus in the future, it's the most expensive dealership in America! Have they opened their restaurant yet?

Restaurant is still not open yet.

I saw a couple of their RX400h, RX350 and ES350 loaners parked on the side this past weekend. Wasn't really interested in looking at their loaners, but moreso the 07 GS350 haha.

When we are driving out for our usual eatery, I tease the Mrs. about having lunch at the dealership. Westminster has some pretty nice sandwhiches...I wonder what this place offers.

I purchased my IS250 at Newport Lexus. The owner of the Newport Lexus and Tustin Lexus is the same one.

How they wash the car? They actually bring the car to the car wash for now. The best thing is that they also clean the inside. Usually dealers only wash/ clean the exterior. So, that's a good thing for now.

They will open their service dept. on September 5, 2006.

So far, I can picture this dealership will be one of the nicest one I evern been.

Ha, too funny. Ed offered me that loaner last time I was in. Chose the ES350 instead, wanted to see what I was missing with the 5th gen nav.
