Default that blue tint you see on mercedez...

any of you guys know of a tint shop that carries that light blue tint you see on newer mercedez nowadays? i am tired of the usual black tint and i wanted to see and experiment on this blue tint. is there a specific name for this film?

thanks for any infos...

i think its just the glass thats colored that way.

california tint on rosemead blvd can do it. Tell Peter bryan with the black gs and silver bmw sent you.

My brother in law got blue tint for his Jetta from these ^^^ guys. The tint is very light, but you can still tell it is aftermarket tint.

yes the "tint" on mb is actually factory and they are legal. how nice. you can get the bluish tint from aftermarket, though a lot of times when i see them they still look different from factory mb ones

I did this a few years ago on my 2GS and I love it. The effect is very subtle, I don't even notice the 'blueness' of the tint when I walk up to the car anymore.

Here's an old shot before the car was made-over.

Sundial in Huntington Beach did it; I was the second car he had ever done with this tint (the first was the Ford Racing Rally Focus). Talk to Rick, the owner of Sundial (he is mobile, will come to you if you're not too far). The tint is SunGard "light blue".

its illegal and somewhat more apparent than black tint.

ie-cop is more liable to notice blue tint than black tint.
