I just got an 07 IS250 a few days ago and have vertical ripples from mid
windshield all the way over to the right (passenger) side. It's making my eyes weird after driving for a while and also making me slightly car-sick.
Obviously the car is under warranty, who do I contact about the problem -
my salesman - service dept - Lexus corp ? Any ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated !

 

Contact the sales person and tell them you want it replaced. My friends uncle owns a windshield replacement and repair company that caters to Mercedes and BMW. When the windshield has ripples like yours its a 'remanufactured' windshield, not good. Very cheap quality, basically those windshields are repaired after they have been damaged. Good luck bro!
