I don't know about the rest of you ..But it seems like the management at Long changes.
I purchased my new 2002 LEXUS LS430 from Longo. Their price could not be beat, I tried Santa Monica, Valencia, Van Nuys, Thousan Oaks and Glendale).
No other dealership could beat the Longo Price on the car.
So not only did I buy my car from them.
Two of my buddies also bought their GS300 and GS430 from Longo.
Longo had the best prices in the entire souther California area. PERIOD!
Now its 2006. I was interested in a new SC430.
Longo quoted me the highest price of any dealership in the area.
2007 SC430 ... $1600 down ..3 year lease...1280 per month.
Any the sales man would not come down a single dollar.
Why the high Prices?
What changed at Longo to make them so high?
Did the new underground showroom cause them to raise their prices?
Maybe it was the new Repair facility?
Or just a change in Management?
At least their service department is still top notic. Never had any problems with them on service!

that's a retarded price man. i got the 05 sc430, 0 down, 3 yrs, and i pay around 800.
why don't you look for the salesperson you got your ls430 from?
i wouldn't buy any excuses about them having "higher" cost on the dealership renovation, etc... that's their problem, not ours

i got shafted @ longo when i wanted to buy a is350. they had one in stock that caught my eye: smokey granite mica on black + sports pkg/nav/ML sound. but they wanted $46.5k OTD, something about how sports pkg'ed is350's were "in high demand" all throughout southern california (bull*****).
i ended up buying my is350 (see sig for specs) @ santa monica lexus for much less, and i actually enjoyed the buying experience there compared to longo lexus.

I've heard nothing but good things from Longo, then I went there. Service has been pretty crappy (repair/warranty issues), and the sales process was ok I guess. Nothing special, and not worth the 30 mile drive I now put up with.
