I called Lexus Kearny Mesa (where I bought my 06 GS3) and they wanted $208 for the 10k mile service. This is just an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and fluid check.
I called some other places and it seemed like Toyota Poway had the best price, $63 for the same thing (and with factory oil filter).
Toyota Escondido - $120ish
Toyota Carlsbad - $100-150
Anyone know of a better place?

bob baker lexus gave me a quote of $105 but i just got the $30-35 oil change a few days ago and brought my own oil, mobil1 5w-20 full synthetic ($50 if they use their oil). ususally people switch to synthetic at 10K. my service manager told me to NOT get the 10K cause it's a waste of money.
just go to a toyota/lexus dealer and get the oil changed if you have staggered tires. if you do, 10k is a waste since they can't rotate tires, and then you'd pretty much be paying an extra $50-100 just for them to do a 'visual inspection.'
but i'm not sure how different the service is for the GS...
