Im in Alhambra and im looking for a shop thatll do a 1j swap (5spd)for -/~ 3500... Id be willing to go 4500 if i could get a hookup on a single turbo and fmic setup.

Anyways, just wondering what shops are out there that some1 will actually vouch for. I dont mind driving when the time comes, just wanna get my research on now since i might be freeing up some cash tied up in other projects.

PS. Any1 who responds with info, howd you guys find out? Is it always forum hookups? I can never find anything online...

Ive actually already called Integ Auto and they charge way too much for any kind of work...

 

best price i found is 3900 with stock smic. if you want the person taht i got the quote from hit me up and ill give you his name. all i know is 1jz you're gonna be paying around 5 to 6. i know Sparks Racing might do it for 4 if theyre feeling nice. but if you're looking to do it for 3500 i suggest getting a long block, build it up with supra TT parts and swapping it in with a DaveH turbo kit.
