can't recommend longo lexus. a search in the forums, and you'll find out why.
personally, i go out to santa monica lexus, not because i bought my car there, but because when i went back to the dealership to finalize paperwork i met quite a few service managers. they impressed me so much, i've brought my car there twice already (5k/10k service), and will be planning to go there again a third time (15k service).
I don't bring my SC to any dealers but my family always bring their Lexus to Lexus of Westminster and I tag along for the free food and drinks... They're very decent and professional.

I guess you have to experience what's worst out there to know what's better.
I've had mine at Cerritos and Longo. Both had minor body encounters there and were fixed no problems. As for the maintenance...in a pinch, I'd go to Cerritos since it is the closest to me. Since ours is out of warranty, it's LMS or Dynamic.
