im at PCC right now, but will be transferring to CAL POLY for the ME program. lemme know how it is man.
unless you're a genius that is already knowledgable in dynamics, strength of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, stress analysis...etc it will be HARD. its not about how smart you are, but how much much time you are willing to put into homework/study. in ME you should be proud of a C-. and dont be discouraged if you fail, just try again. its always easier when you take the class for a second time.

I was a double major in bio and ME at UC Santa Barbara, and had absolutely no problems. I dunno the difference in the programs between UCSB and Cal Poly but a C- is nothing to be proud of. Don't get me wrong, it IS hard, but not as impossible as you make it seem. Maybe I'm just a huge nerd...
